You'll receive 4 classes per month total! In these sessions, I will guide you through meditations, breathwork, and all levels yoga classes that can be modified to fit your personal practice. These will be an opportunity to interact in real time from anywhere in the world and to dive deeper into your yoga practice
Miss a class sometime? No worries! All classes will be recorded and uploaded to our community portal for you to practice whenever you want! This is truly a super deal as you are getting access to all of the live classes to continue doing repeatedly to truly deepen your practice. The weekly yoga class library will continue to grow and eventually you will have access to tons of classes
You will receive a monthly live group call where I guide you to connect deeper to your purpose through visualization meditations, Life Coaching Q&A, monthly intention setting, motivational stories and much more! These calls will be recorded and uploaded to our portal. This is an opportunity to be personally coached by me to support you in creating the life of your dreams!
We will have a group chat through our portal where you will get to connect with the community between our live calls and share your takeaways from our sessions. This chat is intended for accountability, deeper connection and to have a place to express any breakthroughs and revelations you are having throughout our yoga practices.
You will be able to keep track of your progress and log your yoga classes each week. This is a great tool to be able to keep track of your practice!
Our body keeps the score. It stores memories and stuck emotions and traumas that our mind has suppressed or forgotten about. Yoga offers a way to release this stored energy, creating healing that transcends the conscious mind. You don’t need to consciously “figure out” your pain to heal from it. The body’s intelligence works beyond what we often understand.
As you begin to have these profoundly deep connections with your body, you begin to unlock memories once your mind and body both feel aligned and safe enough to work through the emotions that have been suppressed in your body. Yoga for me was the catalyst for my healing journey. It began with the physical practice of yoga which drew my attention to the spiritual meaning behind the practice, which then lead me to reading tons of books about healing and personal development, which then lead me to discover my purpose. Gaining connection to your body gives you clarity in your mind.
